Height: This perennial can grow from 1 to 3 ft. tall.
Habitat: Grows best in wet to well drained soil in full to part sun.
Foliage: Alternate, fan shape, deeply lobed, toothed, veined, green leaves.
Flowers: Many bright pink, notched 5 petal, hollyhock-like flowers grow along flower stock and bloom April through June.
Natural Habitat: Found in moist prairies.
Why is it good for my garden? Rose checkered mallow is a pretty flower to add to your flower garden. Attracts pollinators.
