Height: This perennial can grow from 4 to 8 inches tall.
Habitat: Grows best in moist to well drained soil in full to part shade.
Foliage: Oval shaped, pointed, veined, green leaves.
Flowers: Small white to pink, pointed petaled flowers form in small group up from the leaves. Bloom April through July.
Natural Habitat: Found in prairies and wooded areas.
Why is it good for my garden? This plant would make a nice small ground cover that would be good for a shady area.
