Height: This evergreen perennial can grow from 1 to 8 inches tall.
Habitat: Grows best in dry to well drained soil in full to part sun.
Foliage: Opposite, small, dark green, oval, thick, shinny leaves.
Flowers: Two white bell shaped flowers on one flower stock open pointing downward bloom in May through September.
Natural Habitat: Found in open forest to meadows.
Why is it good for my garden? Twinflower is a cute small evergreen that can grow into a mat. Fun little ground cover with cute flowers that attract pollinators.
