Height: This evergreen groundcover grows to only about 6 inches tall and 8 feet wide.
Habitat: Grows best in dry to well drained soil from full sun.
Foliage: Opposite, blueish, toothed leaves.
Flowers: Dense clusters of little purple blue fragrant flowers bloom May through July.
Bark: Reddish or purple bark.
Natural Habitat: Found in dry open forest.
Why is it good for my garden? The beautiful purple blue flower clusters and red stems of these plants make them a fantastic groundcover to add to a dry full sun garden. Attracts pollinators.
