Height: This perennial grows from 4 to 7 ft tall.

Habitat: Grows best in well drained soil that is in full to part sun.

Foliage: Lance shaped green leaves.

Flowers: Yellow-green flowers that bloom June thought August.

Natural Habitat: Found west of the Cascades near the coastal areas.

Why is it good for my garden? This species of perennial sagebrush makes for a great ornamental for boarders and adding texture. It is also valued for its aromatic leaves.
