Height: This perennial grow from 6 to 12 inches tall.

Habitat: Grows best in full to part sun in a well drained soil.

Foliage: Heart shaped green leaves.

Flowers: Bright yellow flowers bloom May through August.

Natural Habitat: Found in light forest in the Cascades.
