Height: Grows from 6 to 12 inches tall.

Habitat: Grows in well drained soil in full to part sun. Drought tolerant.

Foliage: Thin green leaves and stock sprout from clusters of gray brown egg shaped bulbs.

Flowers: Stocks of white to pink flowers come out in May to July.

Natural Habitat: Found most often in open dry areas.

Why is it good for my garden? This is a beautiful perennial to add to your garden for spring time color. Bulbs are edible just like non-native onion.
